I just read this post on ONTD. Basically, Jeremy Irons is saying that he’s tired of women getting all pissed off when men touch their asses.
This is an actual quote:

He also goes on to say that it’s a form of communication and “can’t we be friendly?”
It may be a form of communication, but it’s extremely primitive and has no place in modern society. Additionally, sir, if you think it’s okay to put your hands on my body without permission, no, we can’t be friendly. Put your hands on me and I will put my hands on you. I won’t enjoy you manhandling me, you won’t enjoy what I’ll do to you.
So keep your hands to yourself, okay?
